4．生產(chǎn)設(shè)備清單及特種設(shè)備的驗(yàn)收、檢修記錄, 各種特種設(shè)備年檢記錄或使用許可（如電梯、鍋爐安全年檢）、各種特種設(shè)備員工上崗證（如叉車駕照、電工證）
